My first reaction was that this was going to be a hassle. I had to return my order, and the refund took longer than I thought it should. Support did get back to me, but not exactly quickly. In the end, I got my money back, so it worked out, but my snap judgment is that the process could definitely be smoother.

I’ve been using TES Launch mostly for the electronic integration stuff, and it’s been one of those setups where everything basically just works. The setup was straightforward enough, and once I got it connected, it stayed connected like these things should, with none of those random dropouts that always seem to happen with other tools.
I had one small question while setting it up, and support replied in a normal, helpful way without making it feel like a sales pitch. I’ve had it running for a few weeks now, and so far there haven’t been any stability issues at all. Overall, I’m happy with it.

Am I the only one who gets a little nervous when the box shows up dented? The packaging was just okay, but thankfully the item inside was totally fine and didn’t get damaged.

Overall, the accessories were mostly there, so I don’t want to make it sound worse than it was. But to be fair, one small cable was missing, and I think it’s important that customers get everything that’s supposed to be included.

Entered my info, confirmed the order, got through the payment step, and it was all good. Not perfect, but definitely smooth enough. I’d give it 4 stars
